The Boy Scouts of America, the BSA, recently, and after much internal squabbling, decided to finally allow gay young people to be members of the organisation - but still to discriminate and bar gay people from being Scout Leaders.
However, in the UK, Scouts aren't discriminatory, and many regard the BSA's policy as being completely against the principles of Scouting, as founded by Lord Baden Powell. UK Scouting prides itself in a truly diverse mix of members, who all come together to provide great adventures for boys and girls.
UK Scouts are really keen to push this fact to the media, and show that they're better than the BSA, whose policies have been making the news - so hired me to take some pictures of their largest ever group of leaders and volunteers marching in London Pride.
The sun came out and everything got very colourful...
